Cash In the Benefits of Offshore Locales

October 28th, 2007 by admin

Going offshore has become a factual trend in the contemporary financial world. Initially believed to be an excuse for carrying out any sort of illegal business activities, offshore companies are now being widely searched by businessmen for reasons of legitimate convenience.

The term ‘offshore’ refers to the organizational and legal entity of a business, with the business activity carried outside the country of registration. On account of its multifarious benefits, the advantages of setting up an offshore company are now being availed by multinational companies, small businesses, and even the big showmen of the corporate world.

This changing trend has been observed lately owing to the realization of the amazing advantages that offshore company brings in its fold. The most important motivation associated with an offshore company establishment is the minimization of taxes. As such more and more people look for tax haven countries to lay the foundation of an offshore corporation. The unbearable tax burden imposed in their home countries prompts them to opt for a foreign jurisdiction like Panama, Belize, British Virgin Islands (BVI), Turks & Caicos Islands, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands and the Island of Nevis in Central America; Luxembourg, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey), Gibraltar, Cyprus, Malta and Madeira in Europe; Mauritius in Africa; Hong Kong in Asia, or Western Samoa in the Pacific.

If minimization of tax burden remains the top priority of most of the clients, the hunt for secrecy and confidentiality cannot be far behind. Offshore locales provide the excellent opportunity to the high profile clients to own properties without making it known in the popular circle. The 9/11 affected US has seen a tremendous dearth in privacy, thus acting as a catalyst in the demand for offshore company settlement.

Next comes the role of frequent litigation in the US. With the greatest number of lawsuits in the US, most people run an increasing risk of being sued in case a person earns greater than $100,000 a year. Going offshore provides the wonderful opportunity to channelize your sources of income without running the risk of raising the eyes of the people around.

The benefits of offshore companies are not confined to the above mentioned points. The uses to which an offshore company can be put into are numerous. To begin with, an offshore corporation can protect you from divorce or even serve as an alternative to prenuptial agreement. It also helps to make provisions for your retirement. These apart, offshore companies can be used to hold real estate or even to write mortgage against real estate.

The uses to which an offshore company can be put to are endless. Minimization of tax, protection and enhancement of assets, cost reduction, risk management, avoidance of bureaucracy, excessive regulation, and confidentiality- these summarize the major goals of an offshore company. With the Internet reaching out to every corner of the world, offshore banking has never been easier!

What Sells on eBay

October 13th, 2007 by admin

It’s not uncommon to hear about people who are trying to start an eBay business, spending a lot of time (and sometimes money) on trying to figure out which items sell the best on eBay. Indeed, you may well have heard about elaborate systems for determining this information, and even expensive courses which focus on how to find this information. Amazingly, systems and courses for this purpose are usually unnecessary - eBay wants sellers to know what sells best on eBay (because it’s in their interest to make their site as busy as possible), and so puts this information right in front of you - on the eBay web site!

If you take a look at any category, you will see the word “hot” next to some items. Of course, there’s a reason why eBay marked this particular items as “hot”: simply because they attracted a lot of bids (over 30 at the time of writing). So, all you have to do is study what kind of items eBay marks as “hot”, and you’ll have a very good idea as to what is attracting the most interest from buyers.

While this a good start, most power sellers will agree that there is a little more to figuring out which items sell best than this. In fact, some claim that it is a science. One of the best ways to figure out items that will result in a successful auction in the future is to do research on the auctions that were successful in the past.

eBay also offers some tools which can be used to to determine what items sell best. One of these is is ” eBay Marketplace Research”, which allows you to view important statistical information on the buying trends at eBay . This product contains all of the data one could possibly ever need to determine how well - or how poorly - an item will do in an eBay auction, however, you should be aware that there is a fee associated with using the eBay Marketplace Research tools.

Another tool that you will find useful in your quest for finding hot selling items for your eBay auctions, is a listing of popular eBay search terms. Such a list can be found at http://popular.ebay.com/

When you do the research, you might be surprised at which items tend to sell well at eBay , and which don’t. eBay is an usual market, and most power sellers will tell you that they have sometimes seen the strangest things sell for very high prices, while items that would sell quickly in any other environment are sometimes left just sitting there. In other words, doing a bit of research can pay massive dividends - and it’s certainly much better than simply guessing as to what will sell.

How to Sell on eBay and Where Do I Start?

October 8th, 2007 by admin

When you want to learn how to sell on eBay the first thing you need to do is to determine what exactly you want to sell. You need to carefully research what kind of profits you can obtain by promoting certain items. You need to stay away from investing and promoting items that have no potential for return. One way you can avoid this is by running through the sales history on eBay to see how well the product you are thinking of promoting has sold in the past.

In this step of learning how to sell on eBay you use their standard eBay search. You are going to simply enter the item or keywords that describe your item and perform the search. You will first see the list of current items on auction that match your search. You can also choose the option to view “completed listings”, when you use this search you will see the success rate of previous listings. You will not only see the percentage of items sold but also the amount that the items sold for, this is very useful information on determining if you’ve got a winning product or not.

When you first learn how to sell on eBay and you cannot make a profit but you are still beating out the other sellers than you might consider a different product. Another thing to consider is if there are several different sellers selling the same thing it might not be worth your time to follow that avenue, they can always try to outsell your price. In learning how to sell on eBay you want to find a product that is a little unique so that you have little, if any, competition so that you can determine your own sell price. This will also guarantee that you hit a market that will be interested in what you are selling, even if it takes time for it to become a success.

With some research and common sense on learning how to sell on eBay you can be on your way to sales success in no time. All you will need is a little guidance and patience, as well as a business plan and you will be on your way to a successful venture. If you are stuck and can’t find the right product to sell than you need to find an eBay sales advice book that will help you get started. If nothing else works, just scroll around on eBay and look at what is selling and try to find out what no else is offering and you will be on your way to becoming another eBay success story.

If you want more information on how to shortcut your path to success and learn how to sell like a pro, go to How to Sell on eBay.

What is the Top Online Home Base Business Opportunity?

October 8th, 2007 by admin

Let’s face it. Today, there is no shortage of business opportunities available if working from home is your thing, but what do the top online home base business opportunities have in common? As someone who has successfully earned 6 figures working from home for the past 5 years, I know the common factors that the top Internet home businesses share.

In this brief article, I’m going to give you an overview of some things that I consider to be extremely important when evaluating Internet business opportunities. Hopefully but the time you’ve finished reading this, you’ll have a better idea of what to look for as you prepare to embark on your work from home adventure.

The first thing that is important in an Internet business is a business model or blueprint that has been proven to be successful. Diving into a new business with no game plan in place is a very bad idea and a mistake that many work at home newcomers make. Finding an online home business with a system already in place that you can tap into will save you a lot of time and money and greatly improve your chances for becoming successful.

Another important thing that the top online home based businesses share is the element of automation. With all of the powerful technology that we have available today, it has become possible to automate much of the day to day work that needs to be done such as qualifying leads, following up, etc. Automating your business will not only give you more free time, it will also allow you to grow your business at a much faster rate.

Hopefully this short article has given you a good overview of the things that I consider to be important when trying to find the top online home base business opportunity. Remember, choosing the right business from the start will allow you to replace your 9 to 5 income much quicker than if you start a business that doesn’t share these important traits.

The Internet Marketing Challenge - $50 To $2000 In One Month - Can It Be Done?

October 8th, 2007 by admin

I allowed myself $50 for this experiment which I must spend wisely if I am to meet my goal of $2000 in 30 days. The first thing I purchased was a month of Aweber auto responder which I believe is the core of any business online.

Next I Opened a cheap hosting plan with godaddy and purchased a .info domain name for $2. I chose a subject I know a lot about and began writing articles, once I had 20 articles each targeted at specific keywords within the subject I created a squeeze page offering more information about the subject in return for a name and email address.

By now I was already 3 days into the challenge and starting to doubt if I would make it to my target in time.

I submitted the articles on 3 of the major article directories and set myself the task of writing at least 4-5 every day after that.

Once I started seeing a stream of subscribers coming in I set up an series of follow up emails promoting only one product.

I was now 1 week into the challenge and $151.54 the richer.

Sales were coming slowly but steady.

After the second week I was $700 up in affiliate commissions.

I didn’t manage to write articles every day due to time constraints and taking care of my main business.

On the last few days leading up to the end of the 30 days I had only made $1462.23 so I gave it everything I had and wrote at least 10 articles (which for me is alot)

Midnight struck on the 30th day and I logged into my affiliate account to check my total earning.

$1789.92 after a couple of refund that had been deducted. I had not made my target but I was still very surprised about the return on initial investment. It just goes to show what a fantastic business this is when you can start a profitable business with just $50!

Want To Learn How To Drop Ship For Profit?

October 3rd, 2007 by admin

What do you do, if you are looking to quit your corporate 9-5 job and get into your own business, but you don’t have a product or even an idea? A lot of people in this situation are turning to ebay. Finding products to drop ship so that they do not have to worry about inventory.

But what exactly is drop shipping and how can I get it to work for me?

Drop shipping is where you list a product for sale that you do not currently have stock of, and then once the product is sold, you contact the wholesaler and organize for them to ‘drop ship’ the product directly to the purchaser.

This is an excellent way for people interested in starting their own business but have limited experience and minimal capital, because you do not have any costs - except for the auction listing cost, or the cost of your website.

Here is exactly how the drop shipping process works:

1. You create your listing on the auction website to sell your drop shipped product.

2. Once it is sold you then pass the customer’s information on to the drop shipping company.

3. The drop shipper then ships the product directly to your customer. They will usually even use your company information, as well as your company logo if you have provided it to them - to put on the shipping packaging.

4. When the product arrives at your customer’s door, they will have absolutely no idea that your company didn’t send it.

Drop shipping is literally that easy.

Most Converting Offers On The Internet

October 3rd, 2007 by admin

Do you ever ask the question: What are the best converting affiliate offers on Internet? I think that everyone, who want to earn money online did a little investigation about what affiliate program to choose and what offers to promote. And of course there were moments in which you needed a good advice.

So, people are asking me this question very often. Now it is time to answer. I want to tell you about the most converting affiliate offers according to my experience and what means allowed me to have wonderful conversion.

I am using two schemes of affiliate marketing: purchased traffic on PPC and sales through blogs. Of course you can receive the quickest results with PPC traffic, but it will cost you some money. On the contrary, promotion through blogs will be free, but it will take some time to optimize and receive search traffic.

I always told and tell that the main secret in affiliate marketing without dependence on scheme is keywords. From what keywords you’ll start, such results you’ll get. Here are the tactics which I advise you to use.

1. Adwords. Here you have to use only low competitive keywords, because if you not, say goodbye to your budget. The high competitive enquiries will be good only in case of not US geotargeted traffic.

2. 2-tier PPC. Keywords here are depend from the niche you choose. If you’ll choose pharmacy or finance thematic, it is better look at low competitive keywords. The law is one: the more traffic you can have, the more money you pay.

3. Blogs. Everything is depending on what niche will you choose. If according to Keyword Suggestion Tool the niche is very competitive and Google’s search shows that there are more than 2 million results - the niche is very sated. Try to choose low competitive keywords and you’ll receive search engine traffic immediately.

Now, I’ll show you offers of which thematic bring me good revenue.

1. Ringtones. Everything here is depends on landing page: if it is great, you’ll receive an excellent conversion.

2. Pharmacy. In this niche I’m not buying traffic now. Only SEO. Low competitive keywords help me in traffic getting from search engines to my shops.

3. Dating. Look at one of the free dating offers which is cost more than $2, choose keywords and you’ll in pluses. This is from what I advise you to start.

4. Credit cards and loans. It are the good offers, but competition is huge. Only good research of keywords will help you survive in this niche.

5. Adult. Sex always sold, sell and will sell. Only search engine optimization.

That’s it. These offers I’m converting very well. But I am convinced that everything could be sold on Internet, any product, any service. It is like in real life. Only one thing is necessary - the сompetent approach to business. And the riches are not far off.

Artem Belinskiy. I’m living in Ukraine. My main job is Internet. I’m earning with it’s help and want to tell how you could do this too. http://www.earnexperience.com

Working on the Internet

October 3rd, 2007 by admin

Work from Home! It’s the rally cry to hope. The one key you should never forget about working at home is that you get out of it what you put into it. If you want to succeed you will.

The first thing you have to do is be honest with yourself. How much do you know about business? The Internet? Marketing? You’re going to have to learn fast if you want to see quick results. Taking it a little slower will result with a slower start up, but with more room to tweak your business as it grows.

All businesses start out from an idea. Take the time to determine what makes your business special. Do you publish your own e-books? Are you promoting a specific product or program? Ask yourself these questions and get to know the business you’ll be creating, whether it’s a craft business or affiliate based.

From an idea, a business is born. You sign up with sweating palms and the adventure begins. Marketing your Home Business is all-important. If you’re in a program or a plan, ask your mentor what resources they recommend. If you’re going it alone, the search engine is your friend. To market successfully you need 2 things something to “sell” and “someone to sell it to”.

The website. All of the pro’s agree that a clean website gets the best results for both click-through rates and overall visitor satisfaction. Don’t slap all of your links on one page, think it through and devise a way to draw each visitor into your website. Use Headers to group related links.

Creating a mailing list is the home business owner’s second priority. It’s the Internet roll-o-dex, your list of people who’ve agreed to accept e-mail from you. Most free programs require a double opt-in method to ensure that spam complaints do not arise. The easiest method I’ve found is to upload a free e-book as an incentive for viewers to sign-up. These are the people that you are going to send your special offer(s) to. Follow-up marketing can drastically increase your business’s sales.

Advertising your website ensures that people know it’s there. From Free advertising to programs that promote your website for a fee, the concept is the same, let people know that your great new site is out there. There are millions of websites on the Internet today, you want yours to get the click.

Whether you have a single page sales website or a complex resource page, your business has to compete with millions of others. How much of the market are you willing to command? How much will you put into your home business?

4 Easy Ways to Make Tons of Cash Online

October 2nd, 2007 by admin

It isn’t that the Internet is the workplace for lazy people. On the contrary, only the industrious individuals can survive the level of competition found in the web, but industrious can be achieved in many ways. And in the Internet, it’s not really how many hours you put in but what you do with your time.

Write What You Know, Write What You Love – You don’t need to be a Pulitzer Prize winner to have a profitable blog. You don’t even have to be between 18 to 65 years old. For your blog to profit, all you need to do is write what you know and love as well as understanding the fundamentals of SEO or search engine optimization.

Take the case of Chloe Spencer, for instance. She started her blog when she was just 15 years old. Her blog was devoted to Neopets, a virtual pet site that millions of teenagers like her are crazy about. She is now earning an average of $30 a day from her blog and she’s only putting in several hours a week! She can go on vacation and still earn the same amount of money.

The knowledge from your blog may also be compounded into a book or any other infoproduct. More about this later.

Sell What You Believe In – In the Internet, there are individuals we refer to as affiliates. In the real world, you call them sales agents and like them, affiliates are paid by commission. As an affiliate, you can easily earn money just by hosting certain links on your website. When visitors of your website use these links and go on to performing any of the desired actions specified by the merchant – it could be buying their products and services or simply opting-in to their mailing list – you earn commission fees immediately!

Of course, to succeed as an affiliate, you need to believe in what you’re selling. Secondly, your website must be related to the products you’re selling. Thirdly, you must regularly, if not often, update your website and work on making it as SEO-friendly as possible.

Create Your Own Infoproduct – You don’t have to be an expert just to create an infoproduct, but you do need to impart something of value to make sure that your customers will continue purchasing your infoproducts. An infoproduct may be an ebook, DVD, CD, or even a podcast. Low production costs make them very profitable. Ebooks will even cost you not one cent to reproduce!

To create highly marketable infoproducts, you must once again write about what you know and love. Secondly, take time to research as this will benefit the quantity and quality of your content. Thirdly, make the packaging attractive and lastly, be sure to accommodate as many payment options as you can.

Establish Your Own Home Business – Last but not the least, you can finally make your dreams of owning a business come true by setting up a virtual shop. The great thing about having a home business is that you finally become the boss, be able to work at home, and enjoy low operation costs because of your setup.

To set up an online home business, make sure you have your own website – with your own purchased domain. Building your network is important, too.

There are other ways to make tons of money online but just remember to focus on achieving customer satisfaction by way of your products and service and you’ll be fine!
