Meeting other self storage owners and would be clients in a self storage network

June 8th, 2008 by admin

Because of the population boom that we people are experiencing today, there will be many more people who would look for the extra storage that they will have great use on, their house being all cramped up and already full of different things they have, there are times that they especially need the much needed storage place where they could put their other things at, maybe in just a couple of weeks and some others for months and others mainly needing the space for years. They want the storage simply because of the security measures that comes with it is really reliable and the fact that the storage has a big space; it can store many other things they want to store in it. Or maybe they want a special storage with a climate control so they can be relieved that what they put in the storage would just have the perfect atmosphere that it needs so the product could stay fresh, like for example wines and export flowers.

Discussing things in a self storage network would simply make these things pretty easier and of course with the many of you composed of the group, you can share ideas that you have in order to give a better service to all of your clients and would be clients, so the clients in the present would feel very much appreciated and the clients in the future would feel much secured when they go out looking for the storage space that they really need at the most possible smallest time. Yes it’s truly a rush decision that they make because they didn’t see that they simply can’t accommodate any more other things in their house, maybe their house is all cramped up and they couldn’t simply sacrifice putting the things at the back of their house, simply afraid of losing them to the people who would like to have interest in them.

You can discuss a lot more other things in the self storage network that you’ll be joining, like fees, security measures and whatever it is that needs to be discussed, especially on the rules of what your clients would legally store inside the self storage are, the self storage network that you’ll be joining would like to have the more other information that you can think about and maybe a nice little debate on what’s better and what’s not for your customers, by this kind of issues, the perfect service would be given to all your would be clients and the clients of course would refer you to someone they know that’s also in need of the space.

I think it’s about time that you yourself join a self storage network today and see the many benefits that you’d be experiencing, meeting different self storage owners and of course the clients who might be the next client of yours.

Flowers – Yellow daisies

February 24th, 2008 by admin

My grandmother is sick, she is dying. And being the most popular, most favorite and most loved grandchild, I am doomed if I lost her.

It’s not that I can do anything to save her, she got this disease that even these doctors, feeling so intelligent and all-knowing do not know. She has been in the hospital for a month now. And there is no sign of her getting better. Her lips are pale and her eyes are gloomy – it’s even gloomier that the night when we found her lying on the floor unconscious.

I am really sad and I fear that each coming day, could be, and may be her last. And when that day comes, that will be the day that I will hate all these people who wear white and carry stethoscopes. I don’t want to think that they are good for nothing but if they won’t be able to cure my grandmother, maybe they are.

I don’t want to live with memories and only memories of her and me going to the park. Those days when she will get me pistachio ice cream on a sunny Sunday afternoon. I always recall the exciting days when she will allow me to pick the balloon of my choice. I always choose yellow, we both like yellow. They say that red is the color of happiness, but between me and my grandmother, yellow makes us happy. It’s really far from that jealousy and envy which some old people say color yellow is related to.

It’s seems that I cannot do anything to ease my grandmother’s situation. And with her telling that the only thing can make her smile is his husband, my grandfather who died last year; there is no way that I can be of any importance.

And then my uncle started sharing stories about my grandparents, he mentioned about how my grandmother love the yellow daisies that my old man used to give my grandmother. Then it came to me. I went to www.e-florist-inc.com and ordered their yellow daisies. There are ranges of flowers available, you can choose from roses, daisies, flower blossom and orchids. I gave it to my grandmother and then we all saw a thing more beautiful than the flowers itself – her first smile since she entered the hospital.

Blogging For Profits - Top Tips For Success

December 4th, 2007 by admin

There are blogs and then there are blogs that make money. Want you want as an internet marketer is to create a blog that makes money. After all the whole point is to create multiple streams of passive income.

So what differentiates Blogging from blogging for profit?

Blogging for profits tip 1:Thoroughly research your niche before you dive in. It is basic but so true. A bad niche will not make you a dime. A great niche can help you generate a comfortable income with a minimum amount of effort. You need to invest time and effort in doing you diligent niche research. There is no short cut around this.

Blogging for profit tip 2: You have to create a long term plan. By long term plan I don’t mean ‘plan to make x amount in so many months’.

By long term plan, you have to decide what topics you are going to write your blog posts on, what tags you are going to use, how many post you will write for a particular topic, how will you effectively monetize your blog, how often will you post, what will your layout be?

If you fail to plan you plan to fail. You will have come across tonnes of blogs in which there is no coherent thought pattern. They post about this today and that tomorrow without any evidence that the post sequence follows any pattern. These blogs are often written off the cuff so to speak. The owner sits down and then thinks ‘hmmm what can i write about today’. This is the wrong way to go about it. If your blog appears professional and the posts follow each other in an easy to follow sequence, your chances of grabbing your visitor’s attention and of them coming back for the next instalment are much higher.

Blogging for Profits tip 3: You need to advertize your blog. Yes blogs are indexed pretty quickly by the search engines but this does not mean that they will have high rankings when indexed. You need to make some effort to advertise your blog and let the world know about it.

Blogging for profits tip 4: Apply Search engine optimization methods to each and everyone of your posts. This is so important in getting your posts to rank high in the search engines. Blogs that you come across on the first page of the search engines for their search terms do not happen to get there by accident. A lot of effort has been put in to get the ranking and maintain their position. This includes good SEO.

Blogging for profits tip 5: Have an opt in form on your blog. Capture your visitor’s email addresses by offering them some valuable freebie. That way you can contact them long after they have left and probably forgotten about your blog. It is through capturing e-mail addresses that you can turn visitors to customers.

Combining the Power of Gmail and Outlook Email

November 24th, 2007 by admin

The two most popular methods for email are web based email, and a local email client installed on a computer.

The big 3 web based emails are MSN’s Hotmail, Yahoo! and Google’s Gmail. As long as you have an Internet connection and a browser, whether it’s Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer, your email is available anywhere, anytime.

The most popular email client is Microsoft Outlook and the stripped down version Outlook Express. The latter is free with a Windows Operating System.

Now that Gmail supports IMAP, by combining it with Outlook, here are 5 powerful and productivity tips when used together:

1) Organize with Outlook features: Folders, Rules, and Organize by Color

Your Labels appear as folders in Outlook IMAP. All of your mail will appear in the main Inbox, but if you have a Label assigned to it, it will be viewed in a separate folder.

You can have rules setup, which is more comprehensive than the filter and forward offered in Gmail.

Colors are more visual than plain text compared to labels in Gmail.

2) Sort by Sender or File size quickly

Your mail data or headers are stored locally, so sorting is much faster, depending on your computer.

By default, mail is sorted by date, newest on top. But if you wanted to sort by file size, it is one click of a button. Sorting or searching by web based email can be slow at times.

3) Consolidate some features in LinkedIn and Facebook into Outlook Contacts

The LinkedIn Toolbar for Outlook adds a small “info” link to each of your email messages. If that person is personal LinkedIn contact, their details will be shown. If not, you can search LinkedIn get their full public profile and resume online providing they are on LinkedIn.

It also has a “grabber” where you can highlight a few lines of their email signature, parse it properly into your contacts, then be synchronized to your Blackberry. No more OCR scanners from paper business cards!

With Facebook becoming more and more popular, you can use third party software like Fonebook to import photos and birthdays. It doesn’t add their email contacts, so you would have to drag and drop a new email into Contacts first before synchronizing.

4) Extra layer of SPAM protection

Gmail has an exception anti-spam protection. However, I still do get a few emails for the little blue pill.

On the email, simply right click, select Junk email, then add sender to the Blocked Senders List or Safe Senders List. Alternatively, you can add or block the Sender’s domain to safe senders list.

5) Synchronize Outlook to your Blackberry or PDA wireless device.

Synchronize your Outlook contacts with your Blackberry or other smart phones. The Gmail mobile application for the Blackberry does not synchronize the address book.

The Internet Marketing Challenge - $50 To $2000 In One Month - Can It Be Done?

October 8th, 2007 by admin

I allowed myself $50 for this experiment which I must spend wisely if I am to meet my goal of $2000 in 30 days. The first thing I purchased was a month of Aweber auto responder which I believe is the core of any business online.

Next I Opened a cheap hosting plan with godaddy and purchased a .info domain name for $2. I chose a subject I know a lot about and began writing articles, once I had 20 articles each targeted at specific keywords within the subject I created a squeeze page offering more information about the subject in return for a name and email address.

By now I was already 3 days into the challenge and starting to doubt if I would make it to my target in time.

I submitted the articles on 3 of the major article directories and set myself the task of writing at least 4-5 every day after that.

Once I started seeing a stream of subscribers coming in I set up an series of follow up emails promoting only one product.

I was now 1 week into the challenge and $151.54 the richer.

Sales were coming slowly but steady.

After the second week I was $700 up in affiliate commissions.

I didn’t manage to write articles every day due to time constraints and taking care of my main business.

On the last few days leading up to the end of the 30 days I had only made $1462.23 so I gave it everything I had and wrote at least 10 articles (which for me is alot)

Midnight struck on the 30th day and I logged into my affiliate account to check my total earning.

$1789.92 after a couple of refund that had been deducted. I had not made my target but I was still very surprised about the return on initial investment. It just goes to show what a fantastic business this is when you can start a profitable business with just $50!

Clickbank Marketing - Maximum Exposure for Maximum Commissions

July 3rd, 2006 by admin

Clickbank is one of the easiest and most trusted affiliate program on the internet. There are literally several thousand internet marketers earning full time income promoting other peoples product and services through Clickbank.

You can realistically earn several hundred to several thousand dollars through Clickbank. I know of some marketers that earn over $10,000 every single month through Clickbank.

What you do is join Clickbank for free. You are then able to promote over 12,000 different products and services of other people and earn up to 75% commissions for doing so. Clickbank sends you a cheque every 15 days for the amount you have earned in that period.

Like any marketing effort you undertake, promoting Clickbank products is a numbers game. The more Clickbank products with your affiliate link you post online the more chances there is for people to click on them and purchase the product you are promoting.

There are several ways to maximize your Clickbank commissions. What you need to do is expose your product everywhere and to the maximum number of people possible.

One method I discovered that is very effective is to do link exchange with other websites. I find a complimenting product to a website and ask the webmaster to promote it on their website and email promotions. If the webmaster is not already a Clickbank affiliate he will gladly do it because he will be adding value to his website for his viewers and I will promote his website on my own website. It’s a win-win situation.

There are also a few free programs online that can help you to automatically put relevant Clickbank products with your affiliate links on thousands of websites in no time. This is a great way to have the maximum exposure of your Clickbank products and therefore increase your commissions several times.

Suthep promotes ClickBank products online full time. He has his affiliate links on thousands of websites for free Find out how he did it and how you can automatically do the same by clicking here
